windows上跑起来报错

index.html引入js路径总是有个"\"前缀，导致引入js报错: <script type="text/javascript" src="\/webpackRuntime.e8b204d885671ac302fa.js">

linux上跑正常的

主要原因是windows的文件路径是\导致 修改common.config.js配置中的output: {publicPath}为output: {publicPath:'/'}，不再报错。
