Addition of Navigation Button

The "Go to Top Button" is at the bottom of the webpage which makes the navigation difficult. Since this button is present at the bottom of the page, anyone who is present at the middle of the page can't navigate to the top without scrolling.

We could add a static 'Go to Top Button' which floats on the page.

I am working on this issue. It will take an addition of an HTML button with the position fixed on the HTML container.

I would like to work on this issue, i will create a small button for this functionality which will stick on the right bottom corner of the screen and will allow to navigate to the top of the page anytime.
