Fix- [217](https://github.com/coding-blocks/boss/issues/217) Change- Page contents were overlapping with the nav-bar contents due to transparency, i have added color to the nav-bar which will prevent them from overlapping.

"More options icon" not showing on screen resize

 On screen resize we could't see the **"more option icon"** to **certain resolution** of the screen to access the other fileds.

when clicked on leaderboard it only shows present year and previous one year it does not show all previous years or a scroll bar.
