Error if issue URL is not a proper github issue url

Server crashes if the claim issue url is not a proper url.

@abhishek97, what am I supposed to do here? Can you suggest how I could go about to fix this issue. I did not understand completely from the issue description.

If the claim issue url is not a github issue link, then the server crashes. Try putting google.com as issue url in a claim on your local setup, user should get proper error message

@abhishek97 I have set up dev env. But when I click on login button on home page in my local machine, I am not getting redirected an logged in. I am still at home page itself. And I need to login in to claim an issue. Can you help me out?
