Strange behaviour of trackball manipulator

When switching from spin manipulator to trackball manipulator first zoom using mouse wheel continues after you stop using scroll, but following zoom ins/outs stop as soon as you stop scrolling.

Tested on Windows version, doesn't seem to be affected by "Perspective" and "Scaled points" options.
