Help edit pushed to network incorrectly reports "0 posts updated"

I edited a help topic on Codidact Meta (specifically, this one: https://meta.codidact.com/help/codidact-faq) and checked the box to push the edit to all communities where the post hasn't been edited. I was surprised to see a message saying 0 posts were updated:

I checked a couple other communities (Judaism and Software Dev), and the edit was applied, so "0" was wrong.

This is a minor issue that affects only a few people, but it was unexpected behavior so I'm reporting it.
