Make subscriptions editable
You can subscribe to new posts in a category or tag. A subscription has a name and a frequency (and maybe more). After you create a subscription, though, you can only disable or remove it. If you want to change the frequency of email or rename a subscription, you have to nuke it and start over. It would be nice if, along with "disable" and "remove" in the subscription preferences, we offered "edit".
As part of this effort, we should make it possible to remove email subscriptions with JavaScript disabled.

Also, if we don't do this already, we should include unsubscribe links in the email (which would mean you could at least do it that way, though on-site is better).
