Co-Design docs link to old forum.codidact.org

Describe the bug At the top right of a Co-Design docs page, such as https://design.codidact.org/setup/installation/ there are two images, the first linking to the GitHub repository, and the second linking to forum.codidact.org which is no longer in use.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://design.codidact.org/setup/installation/
2. See the link to forum.codidact.org at the top right of the page

Expected behavior There should be no link to forum.codidact.org

Should the link simply be removed, or should it be replaced with a link to Meta or Discord?

I vote for just removing it. If you're looking at Co-Design you probably came from GitHub and/or the QPixel repo specifically. Co-Design is "down a level" from Meta IMO. If somebody has a question about Co-Design, Meta's not going to be the right place for it anyway. (Arguably we could link to Collab.)

If we link to anything at all I agree Collab makes most sense.
