[2.29.x] Update poi's xmlbeans and ooxml

What does this PR do?

  • Poi 5.4.1 expects xmlbeans 5.3.0, there isnt a servicemix bundle available so deploy the wrapped jar
  • poi-ooxml-full is required to get the org.openxmlformats.schemas package
  • remove unused dependencies
  • update solr download URL

Test steps

  1. Start DDF's profile-catalog feature
  2. build/deploy ddf-ui branch
  3. Verify export XLSX works
