Flesh out tags

Expose more use cases via the ipc system. provide some atoms.

  • [ ] View more than one tag at a time
  • [ ] Have more than one tag on a window at a time

Has there been any progress on this? I'm more interested in the "view more than one tag at a time"

I've never worked on it since I've never really needed it to be honest but it's a very simple change, I'll try to implement it soon :)
