Font fallbacks for window title

I Noticed that emoji and non Latin characters are becoming this square-ish text. by having support to configure "multiple" fonts will allow to use it as a fallback fonts for this issue.

I don't think its a great idea to have this really part of the WM itself, but instead to just use fontconfig fallbacks. I'm not 100% sure whether Xft is doing it by default (it could be that it is, and your fontconfig settings are incorrect) but most likely the issue here is just that we need to explicitly look for alternative fonts using Xft. I can reproduce the issue despite having appropriate fonts displaying in eg xfwm, so I'll definitely look into it further later. Thanks for opening!
