Hello! I am offering my version of Russian localization to be added to the application. The translation is based on the English localization. Should I send it in a pull request?

What has been translated:

1. The “en.json” file in the “messages” folder has been fully translated.

What has not been translated:

1. Standard templates that appear after the first installation of the application (they are in Chinese), as I do not understand where exactly they are stored in the repository.
