[Bug] When I convert Text with link to a Bullet List, I lose Link

Steps to reproduce: Create a line in Add a link to it Select full text and convert it in a bulleted list

Expected behavior: Link remains intact Observed : Link is lost

Editor.js version: 2.20.0 - 2.21.0 (latest)

Having the same issue with links dropped when converted to a list on Editor.js 2.19.1.

Also (related) if I have bold/italics text and make it a link, I lose the bold/italics. Would expect to see a link that maintains the inline formatting.
