Remove requests/requests

https://github.com/requests/requests is now https://github.com/psf/requests, we should remove the former and redirect all the subscription to the latter

Expected Behavior

Only https://github.com/psf/requests is used

Current Behavior

Both repos are shown in the UI and can be subscribed independently
