Disable sendgrid links replacement

Hello,

Would it be possible to remove the tracking with Sendgrid in the daily emails? Everytime I click on an issue, I got this annoying popup from my adblocker.

I know I could whitelist this rule but I believe it's a good µBlock rule for privacy. I do trust you with my data but I definitely don't trust marketing companies like sendgrid. The full redirection graph is

sendgrid.net -> codetriage.com -> github.com

You do get a call to your server so you could use that to make some stats about the visit of your links. Could you please reconsider this link tracking feature in your emails?
