Add a config for each individual bucket to allow them to not have durability at all

Title says it all; a config option for each bucket type (wood, stone, refractory, clay) allowing each bucket to not have a durability bar at all (ie, be unlimited use), while still having their properties like burning when filled with hot fluids, etc.
