Add interactive storage similar to crates/shelves but with drawers

Alright homie I think it'd be FANtastic to have something similar to your crates and shelves, but I think it'd be great to have a new storage block (probably durable), with the capability of pulling out drawers so that modpacks that don't want to use chests, but would like storage that holds more than 9 stacks, could do so.
