Chopping Block should accept items from offhand

Currently, the player must switch back and forth between their logs and their tool when using the chopping block. Offhand support is desirable so the player can simply hold right click to chop their stack of logs.

Yeah, this is currently a limitation of the interaction framework that was developed for the mod.
