Future support of react-d3-components

Open krosenberg opened this issue 9 years ago • 5 comments

As more of a general question, I'm wondering what the future holds for the support and maintenance of react-d3-components. Issues and pull requests seem to get addressed promptly, but I noticed that releases have been less-frequent as of late. I'm wondering if there's any planned release cycle and/or a commitment to maintain this awesome project for the foreseeable future. Thanks!

Valid and good question. First I have to release a new npm with the latest pull reqs.

I really want to finish the current development branch. Just to support layering of components ( to make custom components ). Probably should leave the animations for later.

I would appreciate some help if somebody has some free time on their hands. Particularly developing new chart types or animations.

@codesuki I will be interested to add more graphs if this is still active

Can they be added as a standalone addon? Otherwise, feel free to send a PR.

I will pull your repo and start working on them then. Will PR when I start adding new graphs. Or maybe create an github.io page where we can add more examples
