USD value on Exchange page

Hi, first of all, thank you for this awesome extension.

I often find myself converting BTC value to USD in my mind, when I'm buying/selling on poloniex. It would be awesome to have an USD value next to the BTC in Buy/Sell box.

Thanks for your input! I think it's worthwhile considering and might prove valuable.

Due to life circumstances, I'm currently putting new feature development efforts on hold until autumn/winter. If you'd really like this feature, I would accept a pull request and do my best to review in a timely manner.
