Openelec 5.0.3 bricked Amlogic MX2 box G18

After installing version 5.0.3 on Amlogic MX2/G18 the box does not boot, no video signal and only red led is on. Is there a way to recover the box? Please help. Thanks

need to make bootable micro sd and all original file and shorcut 2 pins on the board when u istert power cable

It seems 5.0.3 doesn't work on MX2.

This happened to me also. Bricked two devices. Can I just make a regular SD card to reflash and which two pins on the NAND chip do I short to force it to boot SD?>

5.0.3 works on board HD18 V2.2 It will not work on board HD18 V2.22
