Notifications should link directly to the new opening

Clicking a notification takes the user to a job listing. The user should be delivered to the new job page instead

@ozimos thanks for this suggestion. So, there can be more than one new engagement added and I think it'll be annoying to open multiple tabs for every new opening.

Maybe a better thing will be to only open the job page when there's one new opening.
