chore: add details about repository workspace states
This should clear up confusion about why repos appear differently in different workspaces and in their public version.
The preview is throwing an unrelated error currently, but I'm not sure how to fix it.

Looks good to me, though have one small comment... but do not consider it blocking 😄
Good point! I updated the image. Any idea how to solve the TypeError shown here, @christianalfoni? I don't want to merge it and break the Docs in prod.
