feat: Add Nuxt 3 template

What kind of change does this PR introduce?

Renaming current template to Nuxt 2 and creating a new one for Nuxt 3.

One question: is it possible to have two times the same name for a template? We need it in order for the isServer(this.name) to return true for Nuxt.
