Description of the problem

Reloading a recently created Vanilla template shows a blank page. Check out this screen recording:

To Reproduce

1. Create new Vanilla sandbox
2. Reload the page

I'm afraid we haven't resolved this issue just yet @srweeks - But just hitting the refresh button on the preview browser will make it load correctly again

thanks. We've chosen to go without parcel, using the static template in order to workaround it instead
