BUG: Clear search not working

Description

In the hero section, the clear button for input is not working as it is supposed to be.

Solution

1. Clear the search input on selecting cross icon
2. Don't hide cross icon on hover.
3. Make placeholder and input text left aligned

I am interested in working on fixing the bug related to the clear search functionality not working properly in the hero section.

Bug Description: The clear button for the search input in the hero section is not functioning as expected.

Proposed Solution:

1. Clear the search input whenever the cross icon is selected.
2. Ensure that the cross icon remains visible and functional, even on hover.
3. Adjust the alignment of the placeholder and input text to be left-aligned.
