I do have a couple of questions that I was hoping you could help clarify:

If I successfully complete an assigned task, would it be acceptable for me to submit a pull request on October 1st to ensure it counts toward my participation in Hacktoberfest? Or would this result in the task being unassigned? Is there a specific timeframe within which assigned tasks must be completed to avoid potential reassignment to other contributors?

Good question Listen if you make any PR before 1 October and after 31 October. then that will not be accepted by hacktoberfest.

Remember: Do not make any PR before 1 October and one more thing is that each issue will be considered from the date of 1 October so if you are already assigned then it will not accepted by Octoberfest.
