Make Active Links More Interactive in Navbar

##Description Currently, the active navigation link does not have any styling. This feels static and does not provide enough feedback to users about their current location.

##Proposed Solution Enhance the active link state with more interactive and engaging effects such as:

Gradient underline animation (smooth slide-in effect). Glow or subtle shadow around the active link.

##Why?

• Improves UX by clearly showing which section/page is active.
• Adds a modern, visually appealing effect.
• Keeps consistency with other interactive elements of the site.
