No clickable options in Help Page

So whenever we arrive at Help page after login none of the option is functioning. I would like to resolve this issue,

I'm Indhu, a GSSoC'25 contributor. I noticed the issue on the Help page where none of the options are functioning after login. I’d love to work on fixing this and make the Help page interactive and user-friendly.

when use click in any option then show a popup and inside the popup add the content will...related to the options
