BUG:Order total is still 40rs even no items in the cart

When no items in the cart set the total to 0 in the order section. I will make bug fix by changing the total becomes zero when no items in the cart and when items in the cart it will display the total amount including shipping rate

Please assign me this issue under GSSOC 2024
