It is saying that there is an account using that email address. I did have an account that I deleted. But started a new account with the same email.

Where were you prompted to enter your email address? The CodeRoad plugin doesn't require one. This may have been from a third-party who provides CodeRoad tutorials, like freeCodeCamp. You may want to reach out to the service you were attempting to work with.
