New aliases not shown in Suggestions Reorder popup

Describe the bug When new alias is created, it is not visible in the popup in settings to reorder primary suggestions.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new alias
2. Enter settings command
3. Scroll down to 'Reorder Primary Suggestions' and click on it
4. Notice that that alias is not visible here.

Expected behavior The newly created alias should be visible in the suggestion reorder popup.
