☂️ VSCode Extension `v1.0`

Overview

Our customers have noted that we release this extension in v0.X.X, which denotes a broken or unfinished product. Our VSCode extension has bugs, but is a stable and widely used tool which we can denote as production-ready.

We’re making a concentrated push to get a few stability fixes and new features in, then cut our first v1.0 release.
