see coder/coder#9257 for the details (I thought this was a CLI issue first, well, i'm still not so sure)

I thought it had to do with the fact I was logged out, but it didn't. The input is not sanitized when logging in, and I accidentally typed https://dev.coder.Com with a capital C.
