The adding of CI has since been added, but I am unsure why my PRs do not get automatically tested. Any ideas?

@roberthmiller #36 got closed due to inactivity, so Sail doesn't have CI yet. If you'd like to make a new PR to add CI stuff that would be greatly appreciated.

Didn't see that, What CI will be used? Travis?

Yeah, we use Travis whenever we can.
