Launching Portainer-hosted container with image built from the example [Dockerfile](https://github.com/coder/deploy-code-server/blob/main/Dockerfile). Container files with permission denied on entrypoint.sh. Have tried various fixes with chmod +x on the copied entrypoint.sh without success....
