The goal of this issue is to enable alerts on system metrics to prevent outages (like no space on device).

We can just install netdata cloud like the rest of our docker servers.

How those alerts should work? Are we going to use some email alert or is it only to be displayed in the UI?

Originally, I assumed externally configured alerts with solutions like Datadog or Kibana, based on Prometheus metrics.
