That is true.. I was thinking of renaming Fmovies to something else or take over the G2G part and have it host?
@Oldpapa - Sure, I encourage active development and also pull requests. Btw, I did send a pull request to @ukdtom for adding G2G today, but if you'd like to take over please feel free and let me know.
No problem, I'm not that smart.. I do programming on Arduino IDE for work and a product we used will drop off because of a company bought that company. I was thinking how to fake Fmovies to Plex.. Start up the old something and have no name spoken as Fmovies for you know who.. Sorry if you misunderstood.. I'm nearing retirement (I hope by 70) and maybe can learn that.

What is nice is the plugin will show that a new update is available to get.

Yup. They took the new g2g.fm off too. They have someone that out for alpha. And other ones still active.
I still cant get plex to install on my computer so im using my dirty old laptop which is a bit hit and miss and the plugin isnt working properly but im getting by atm. Many many thanks to coder-alpha and others for the work you have put in to keep this plugin running it is much appreciated by me and many others....Thank you
So I'm bored, tired, still frustrated with Plex for removing the release thread. I just reported 4 release threads at the Plex forums for web site Terms Of Service violations NFL, Google Music, ABC and Disney Jr - Gave links to the TOS and copy/paste of exact text where each says, summarized, 'you can't scrape our content". ChuckPA messaged me on all 4 and said same "Thanks for letting us know. We’re looking into it." My belief is they won't be removed. Which will frustrate me even more.
EDIT - I believe my next step would be to send nods, electronically (I'm not so bored or tired as to use paper) to the legal department contacts of each company stating Plex forums are allowing for discussion of TOS mis-use.
@JamminR Yeah those things crossed my mind too but in the end I don't think it helps anyone. I mean I do still believe that in the end the User should be left with those choices. I mean if FMP provides someone the same tool that MakeMKV does by converting their Bluray disk into an Mp4 format file that they can put in Plex then no one has the legal right to stop them.
I was almost tempted to post this youtube video on the Plex forum and ask Plex which side of the fence they stand ?
I must say that Plex has chosen a slippery path... Their new censoring attitude could, maybe, bring appreciation from investors who hypocritically shrink from apps that THEY do not see as totally "legit", but will cost them a lot of users, which will not be very appreciated by the same investors... I, for one, lost almost all interest in their forum and I'm even looking around to find alternatives to Plex itself...
I'm sure Plex Pass support will become thin as ones or are monthly and yearly slowly drop away.
@Oldpapa Well to be honest the life-time Plex Pass even though is a good deal but has not benefited me much. I guess I'm contradicting myself here in hope that it will one day ;)
- The access to early developmental versions is more a headache if you install. I typically now wait and check even the stable release forum posts before making an upgrade.
- They have tried to build and support too many client too soon and the new Android App now sucks (my personal feeling). The Plugin menu doesn't show up at times, it changes to my NAS PMS server instead of my PC server automatically, blah blah blah..
- And what I thought would be good to have as a Plugin developer but that was not the case. Since the time I joined, I guess 5+ years I have not seen any bug fix or new features for Channels and my request for Subtitles support still lingers.
Well enough of the rant.. I'll probably post a new Dev version either tonite or tomorrow for extending the Downloads feature. I suggest to install it once your previous Downloads are finished since it may not be backward compatible with your existing list.

Anyone else having issue entering the Plug-in today? I've not used it in a week or two. I upgraded to PMS 1.13.5.5291 Friday, 2 days ago. I attempt to go in today, and it times out 3/4 times, using web, or IOS. I've restarted PMS. Haven't tried restarting the actual OS yet.
@JamminR same here.. seems like the site is running slow. Was getting http code 0 or plugin not responding.
Sorry, I did not not get back on this too.. On Roku 3 it seems to be sluggish.. I have an Android TV box with PLEX and it works much better on that than the Roku.. I prefer the Android box over the roku..
Havn't been getting a lot of time to really test out the new /dev branch for it to be posted to /master.
Just to elaborate on the new Auto-Pilot feature. The feature allows downloading based on prefs you define when setting it up and that allows downloading full season of shows. So you do have to define it wisely. Settings to download a show with 1080p quality or size greater than 2GB will result in no downloads since almost all shows are of lower quality/filesize. Also, since this allows only download BRRIP quality one can essentially set it up for an upcoming movie and then everyday at the default time (defined under the Settings) a scheduler looks for an appropriate match and you can expected unexpected treats show up in your Plex movie library *wink * wink *
Edit: And it uses the Download Sources module and not the direct OpenLoad/Streamango server links.
Hope that explains a lil of that feature.
Note: It seems Mega has changed something and the downloader always gives an error and so recommend disabling it if you've been using it.
Hello friends........I hope you are all well. The last couple of days all i get when i try to watch something is "other seasons",people search...ect........any help would be much appreciated. Im thinking about deleting Plex and starting again. Best of health to you all...
Same for me as bellpark17, using roku, firestick and win10, no sources on any of them, external or otherwise, tried fresh install of fmp, restarting all, no luck

@bellpark17 from the main page, If you go to external listings, go to type and change it to whatever you are looking for, say shows, then go to shows>updated>all>descending , you can get some items on the external sources, when you find what you want, it is slow to load so give it some time....
