Update twurple to v7

Description

Twurple which is our twitch library for all twitch related services like chat, pubsub or the twitch API has breaking v6 release with many breaking changes. The biggest problem with this upgrade seems to be the fact that the pubsub client seems to no longer have listeners to check for a successful connection. May need upstream PRs because we rely on being able to know whether the credentials are correct and when the client has authenticated..
