Can I build iOS with free Apple Developer account?

Hi, I just want to ask if building a project on iOS without enrolling in 99$/year Apple developer membership is possible. Since I just want to test build server that codename one offers and I am not ready to enroll. Thanks.

Because I heard that a free account could also build a certificate of 7-day-duration.

If you can generate a valid iOS development P12 for signing then things will work.
