Cover SafeArea in the Developer Guide

I just ran into an issue with the safeArea and thought I could find the reference info in the developer guide, but it seems it is not mentioned (at least searching the pdf for 'safe' doesn't find anything). Hi I would like to help out here, but it would be great if you could point towards some documentation where I can get the required information from. ( I checked out the website, but am not really sure where to look for the 'safeArea').

Thankyou for the guide @shai-almog! Though I must ask, how long approximately do you want the text part to be, I can reference the article and do about a page long article for the guide. And also where do I add it in, as in which page number, also the file here on github (can't find the .pdf file in the codebase).

There are no length requirements. Just clarity. The developer guide is generated from the wiki which you can just edit directly.
