Not working on the developer beta of iOS 15

Might not be worth addressing currently as it's still a developer beta, but on the current build of iOS 15 react-native-dynamic always returns false when using useDarkMode.

It looks like automatic themes are working with other apps, so I'm assuming it's not an OS issue.
