Advanced Reports
It would be nice to see an advanced reports extension.
Something like: https://getawesomesupport.com/addons/advanced-reports-statistics/ Or: https://www.helpscout.net/help-desk-software/reports/
It would be nice to show:
- satisfaction ratings over time.
- satisfaction ratings per support agent.
- average response time.
- what days / hours the most popular for support.
- which customers are opening the most tickets in relation to their purchase price / life time value.
- graph showing the number of replies required to close most tickets.
- how long a support agent took to write out their reply and graph this.
- a way to build your own custom reports.
Bump - Just wanted to update this. If you could consider working on this as a Pro plugin, I would definitely buy it.
Mhm, this looks like a good idea. The "build your own reports" might not fit the scope of this extension, unless if you mean you're just mixing and matching the same data sets and playing around with them.
Only thing I believe it's missing is reports for the KB section which, at this point, just feels like an afterthought.
Doesn't have to be build your own - just having reports at all would be amazing.
This ties in with #201 and it'd be similar to what we did for Download Monitor.
Can be paired with #49 into one single extension.
