Event logging
We're already logging some of the key ticket events that occur during a tickets life cycle. We need to extend this to include all ticket actions, especially those associated with newer features such as Multi agent assignments etc.
Additionally, we need to display these logs as ticket history within the ticket admin screen. Option to adjust notes metabox and make this a tabbed multi function metabox including notes and history
@razvanaldea89 - this is really interesting.
@cristianraiber We could do a timeline display of how and what went with the ticket, but this should be done through an extension and not integrated in the LITE version
