Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have set the plugin so that only logged in users can see the replies to tickets. This works great for existing users. When creating a new customer through either the ‘Add Ticket’ or ‘Add Customer’ panes, the user is not automatically created in WordPress. This means that while users are automatically emailed with their ticket details, they cannot log in to see their ticket as they do not have an account.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great if when adding a customer, a WordPress user account was made for them, and a link emailed encouraging them to set a password.

This already exists, but the option is not visible while "Require that users be logged in to submit tickets" is checked.

Visit Settings, Tickets, Submission Settings:wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=kbs_ticket&page=kbs-settings&tab=tickets&section=submit
