Description of the problem

In as much as the video camera does not show on the UI, my camera light still shows light meaning, video is still streaming.

How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish?

Data leak because video still streams even though we select it to be off.

To Reproduce

Join any classroom, ensure you have a way to detect your webcam is on. You'll notice you video is still on, but on the ui it's not showing..
