Create a landing page for the in person training

What the issue is about

We often host live sessions, and in those we ask attendees to start with the main page.

Right now main page info is very scarce.

Instead would be awesome to have a page accessible via codelab.fun/start, which would mention the following things:

• Welcome to this course
• It is self-paced, you don't need to wait for any special instructions, start now
• Start with TypeScript, or if you know it already, start with Angular

Root codelab routes are defined in app-routing.module.ts
