Prepare for launch of manifesto. Freeze text and update site.
It's early June! This is when we originally planned to freeze the manifesto text and start getting sign-ups. We've also had the manifesto accepted for two talks - GCCBOSC2018 and RSE2018, so there's a lot that needs to be done!
We'll need to break this into sub-tickets, but for now:
- [x] update manifesto site with sign-up links (currently google forms)
- [x] Institutional sign-up form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1W75S7DCa9Iv5FHTL7oeUWAnakl-oaEBoY5oNVcvDX5A/viewform?edit_requested=true
- [x] Individual sign-up form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1qEfuzo3TacqHYBatq9Gea3vPd_SFMpAqjlEe3TGt6ag/viewform?edit_requested=true
- [ ] We probably need some sign-up form disambiguation text and interlinking.
- [x] Produce poster #32 for the conferences. (Needs to be done soon)
- [ ] Create citation guidelines - #25
If anyone is up to helping with any of these, that would be awesome!
Since we would need a DOI for the .cff file we need to complete the tasks in the following order
- Freeze text
- Deposit in Zenodo #25
- Create .cff #35
- Update site, forms and data extraction process (plus any others)
Okay, I need to order a poster #32 for GCCBOSC at the end of the month, so I declare the text frozen.
I lie. Once #36 is merged, the text will be frozen ;)
Text: officially frozen.
Any status update? Both forms seems to be in the website, they could be checked on tasklist.
We are probably in a good place to do #25 (and wishing I'd done it earlier to be honest!).
Okay, so, with #39, maybe #25 can be closed and the last checklist item checkd, leaving us with:
- [ ] We probably need some sign-up form disambiguation text and interlinking.
Am I right? If so, can someone explain to me more about it?
