Bug: Make add journal component more responsive for smaller screens

Describe the bug Currently, the particular component is not fully responsive.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'main page'
  2. Click on 'Add Journal'
  3. Scroll down to 'the component and open dev tools'
  4. See error
