Not Working in 1.12 or 1.13
The tool does not generate a valid font pack in version 1.12 or 1.13. While supporting 1.13 is probably harder because of its new font system, supporting 1.12 should be easy, since it uses the same format as before.
Something seems to have changed since the last time I used this tool, because a texture pack that I generated beforehand still works.

However, I generated a font on the online version of the tool just now, and put the zip directly into the resource pack folder. It only made every alphanumeric letter have a narrow width, and did not apply my custom font.

1.13 support TTF font... I think it can force use ttf insteads of texture, can you try to put your font as this format? (https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/8yjroi/how_to_add_a_ttf_font_to_your_resource_pack/) BTW, I will add the 1.13 legacy unicode font support in recent( it will take some time to implement)
P.S. Why not make the user select the target version instead of a “package version”?
Because this option is just about a attribute in manifest file...

First of all, I want to thank you for creating this amazing tool! But there's one thing that's lacking.. This tool doesn't generate resource packs that 1.13+ can understand and that's a must for it to get more known (afaik there's not many tools that do support it).
